- Payment Information: Processed securely through third-party providers (Square)—Square is a payment processor and scheduling software. The Square privacy policy for customers can be found here.  

- Website Analytics: Non-identifiable data (e.g., IP address, browser type) via cookies to improve user experience.  

How We Use Your Information  

- To schedule and provide organizing services.  

- To communicate about appointments, invoices, or follow-ups.  

- To improve our website and marketing (analytics only).  

- Never shared/sold to third parties, except as required by law.

2. Terms of Service  

By booking our services, you agree to the following:  

Services & Payments  

- Fees: Quotes are valid for14 days. Deposit is due upon receipt, remaining balance is due upon completion of each session. 

- Cancellations: Requires 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations will forfeit their deposit. 

- Rescheduling: Free if notified within 48 hours.  

Client Responsibilities 

- Provide accurate information about your space and needs.  

- Ensure safe working conditions (e.g., disclose hazards, secure pets).  

- Make payment by the agreed deadline.  

Limitations  

- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items/spaces.  

- Results vary based on client participation and space constraints.  

Intellectual Property 

- After or progress photos/videos of completed projects may be used for marketing unless you request anonymity in writing.
